GENERAL NOTARIZATION RATES:

Acknowledgements / Jurats	$10.00
For taking an acknowledgment (often used to certify the identity of the document signer, for example, documents such as deeds and power of attorneys)
Written Oath / Verbal Oath	$10.00
For administering a written oath (when it is necessary to certify that the signer has sworn that the document contents are true, often used for documents such as affidavits and certified copies of documents) or a verbal oath (generally used in video-taped testimony or swearing in of public officials)
Loan Document Signings - Single Set	$75.00
When notarizing one single set of loan documents and performing associated duties as a loan signing agent during one signing appointment.
Loan Documents - Additional Sets	$50.00
For notarizing each additional set of loan documents and performing associated duties as a loan signing agent during the same appointment (often occurs when a second mortgage or equity line of credit is being taken out.)
Providing Prepared Forms for Proper Notarial Wording	NO CHARGE
For providing a prepared form (i.e., Jurat; Acknowledgement) that must be attached to a document that does not contain proper notarial wording or does not contain notarial wording suitable for use in California, when used in the course of performing a notarial act.

Full fees will be charged for a no show, a no sign or incomplete signature session at time of the appointment.
Appointment cancellations 2 hours or less before appointment time will be a charge of $35.00.
A surcharge of $25 for Sunday signings and for signatures needed after 8:00pm on any day.
A "Waiting" fee of $15/per quarter hour will be charged for each quarter of an hour that documents or clients are not ready or are available to complete the signature process.

TYPICAL AFTER-HOURS, EMERGENCY or HOLIDAY CHARGES:

After hours signings (between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. or between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) add $25.00.
Emergency signings (between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.) add $40.00 (Local Area Only & Additional Travel Charges Apply).
Holiday signings (New Year's Eve (after 5 pm), New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (after 5 pm), Christmas Day) add $60.00. (Local Area Only & Additional Travel Charges Apply)

**TYPICAL TRAVEL FEES:

Standard Travel Fees will apply in most cases for services anywhere in the Antelope Valley, including the following cities and areas: Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Saugus, Lake Los Angeles, Littlerock, Pearblossom, Acton, Lake Hughes, Lake Elizabeth, Leona Valley.

For services anywhere in the Santa Clarita Valley, including the following cities and areas: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Newhall, Castaic, Canyon Country, and Agua Dulce, add $35.00 to the standard travel fee.

For services in the San Fernando Valley, including the following cities and areas: Van Nuys, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Sylmar, Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Northridge, Chatsworth - add $45.00 to the standard travel fee.

For services in the following cities and areas: Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Simi Valley, and Moorpark - add $55.00 to the standard travel fee.

For services in any other areas within the County of Los Angeles, PLEASE CALL FOR FEE.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Docs will be sent back same day if signing is done during business hours. Firm or Lender is responsible for courier, Fed-Ex, UPS charges.
